We’re excited to announce the launch of the Wolfe Tones na Sionna GAA Athletic Development Programme, designed to take the physical performance and wellbeing of young players to the next level. 🚀
Starting this September, players aged 12-17 will have the chance to improve their skills and fitness through structured training focused on key areas such as:
- Fundamental movements
- Functional strength
- Mobility
- Plyometric development
Session Details:
- Girls' Training: Every Monday & Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM (from Sept 8th)
- Boys' Training: Every Tuesday & Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM (from Sept 9th)
These sessions are designed to work alongside regular team training, offering expert-led guidance to help athletes develop without the risk of overtraining.
This is a unique opportunity to build strong foundations for both sports performance and long-term fitness.
